Super Greens Tricolored Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Organic Super Greens Salad Mix
  • ½ cup Cooked Organic Tricolored Quinoa
  • ¼ cup Organic garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup Organic English Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Organic Sweet Peppers, sliced
  • 10 Organic Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Feta Cheese, optional not show in photos

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Organic Avocado Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Marian Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to two serving bowls starting in the order listed.
  • Drizzle dressing over the top, and add feta cheese, optional.
