Never Buy Mayonnaise Again: Mayonnaise Recipe

With this simple 5-ingredient recipe, you'll never buy store-bought, chemical-laden mayonnaise again. This recipe will have you making your own homemade mayonnaise with safe ingredients found in your kitchen.

Organic Dijon Mustard

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Pink Himalayan or Gray Salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a wide-mouth mason jar. Make sure everything is at room temperature; this is very important.
Take your immersion blender to the bottom of the mason jar and turn it on.
Hold the immersion blender at the bottom until everything starts to turn white and has thickened. About 5–10 seconds.
Then slowly move the immersion blender up to thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
After about 15–20 seconds, when you've reached the consistency you like, stop; you're done.
Notes
Please note that it is very important that all the ingredients are at room temperature. If they are not, it will never thicken and will remain liquid.
