Dutch Pancake Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 seasoned cast iron skillet either a 10" or 12" works well

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large pasture raised organic eggs
  • 1 cup whole raw organic milk can use regular whole milk but I use whole raw organic milk.
  • 1 cup organic unbleached AP flour
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp organic raw butter melted in pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 425º.
  • Add butter to cast iron skillet and place in preheated oven.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into heated pan with the melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins until puffed and a golden brown color.
