Looking for a quick and easy super salad to get all those nutrients in? Well, this Super Greens Tricolored Quinoa Salad is it!
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, and it shouldn’t be. Many people still don’t realize they are what they eat. If you truly believe that the food you put into your body will nourish and heal you, eating well would be easy. So, it is one’s mentality that most people need to work on. It’s getting out of the mindset that eating healthy is time-consuming, difficult, and expensive. These are essentially all excuses that we come up with to validate why we don’t want to do something. Having said that, think about the grocery store and the price of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, and seafood. If you only stayed on the outside of the store, you would save a lot of money.

Processed foods are what cost money, as are foods that are already prepared for you. What I find more often than not is that many people have become accustomed to just heating their food or driving through some fast food drive-throughs. Just remember that when you do this, you are not getting quality food; you are getting low-grade fake food filled with chemicals, some of which shouldn’t even be labeled food. It’s always important to eat organic food as much as possible. I know that depending on your location, this can be difficult, but there are always options.
The truth of the matter is that most people simply do not know how to cook for themselves anymore. Cooking meals seems to have been lost in the shuffle of family life between work and children, when food and a meal at the dinner table should be of the utmost importance. I take pride in cooking homecooked meals for my family every day, and I encourage you to do the same for yourself and your family. Knowing exactly what is in the meal you are feeding your family is a wonderful thing.
Well, enough of that talk; let’s get to the recipe.
