What I love about this bread is that it contains no yeast whatsoever. It is super easy to make and will only take you maybe ten minutes, your first time. After that, you will be whipping this bread up in under ten!
This bread is a fan favorite with my toddlers, and trust me, that is saying a lot! I put a little raw butter and homemade apple butter (I will post that recipe soon), and they love it! We all know toddlers can be hard to please, but this bread has them asking for more. I am happy because I know they are getting great nutritious food. That’s a win!
There are so many ways to have this bread, but my favorite way to have this bread is toasted, with some sautéed spinach and a poached egg. Delicious! The bread is versatile and has a great flavor and texture that goes well with anything and everything. Best Keto Gluten Free Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Tapioca Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
- 2 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
- 3/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 8 large Pasture Raised Organic Eggs
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt I use a high quality Himalayan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line or grease a 4" x 8" bread pan.
- In a large glass bowl mix together all ingredients until combine. - I use a stiff silicone spatula. Mixture will be thick.
- Scoop dough into bread pan and bake at 350F for about 65 mins to 75 mins depending on your oven and until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
