Strawberry Lemonade Beef Organs Popsicles—you did read that title correctly. These are a kid’s favorite and have been tried and tested with my two kiddos. This is also animal-based; if you’re into that, we definitely are! These are a great summer treat on those hot late-summer days.
We just had a nice heat wave of 105 for the past few days, and these beef organs popsicles have come in handy to get my boys a big dose of nutrients while cooling them off. If you struggle to get those nutritious beef organs into your child’s diet, I have a slew of recipes I will be sharing on how to do so, but since it is August, we will start with this one.

This recipe is simple and only has a few ingredients you most likely already have in your kitchen. It’s also easy enough to have your little ones help you make them. The hardest part for them, though, is definitely the wait.
If you follow me on Instagram, then you already know that I make everything from scratch. As babies, my boys never once had any kind of store-bought baby food, not even those little squeezy packets. I made everything, and I still make everything. I like to know what is in the food I feed my kids. There are a lot of good brands out there, there are also many that are not. We have to trust what the brand says, and there have been many instances of brands not being fully truthful.
The only way to be sure your food is safe is to make it yourself and get it from trusted sources. While this is extra work and not for everyone, it works for us, and we all know homemade is always better! So, even if making things from scratch is not your game, you can try this super easy recipe and give your kids the best popsicles loaded with safe and nutritionally dense whole foods.
Let’s get to it!
