
Sauerkraut Salad
Super quick and easy to through together salad with lots of benefits!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sauerkraut of your choice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix the sauerkraut and cumin seeds together in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl on top of the mixed cumin and sauerkraut. Dash with black sesame seeds, enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can sever 1-2 people, just depends on if you want a larger dinner serving this will perfect for 1 person. If you are looking for a lunch portion, this will make two servings.
